Online Business English Trainer

We are always in a learner’s mindset and are seeking professional instructors who aim to be the best in the industry. We are currently recruiting part-time corporate English language instructors starting from the autumn-winter season of 2024.

• Deliver 1:1 or group online business English sessions using our proprietary method
• Ensure sessions are focused on the learners’ goals, needs, and requirements
• Communicate with learners as needed (ex: rescheduling a lesson, etc.)
• Complete onboarding tasks to prepare for first learners
• Join regular paid training sessions

• Salary:

  ~2500 yen for a 30-minute session (includes light
  preparation and post-session work)

• Location:

  The applicant is not required to reside in Japan

• Contract:

  Three-to-six-month renewable contract

• Proper visa for non-Japanese nationals
• CEFR C2 level English speaker
• English teaching certification (CELTA/DELTA, TEFL, TESOL)
• Ability to explain tasks to beginners in Japanese

• Familiarity with Google (calendar, meet, docs, sheets, etc.) and Slack
• A coaching accreditation (ACC+ or equivalent)
• Experience working in a global office
• BA/BS
